What we collect
We collect only what you type into our offer form: the property address, your phone number, your email address, and any optional notes you choose to add about the property. When you select an address from the autocomplete suggestions, we also store the map coordinates for that address so we can find the property.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through this website.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to evaluate your property and contact you about a cash offer. Submitting the form does not obligate you to sell, and it does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing list.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with other home buyers, lead brokers, or marketers.
Service providers
A few third parties process data on our behalf so this site can work: Vercel hosts the site and records standard server logs (including IP address); Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot; Google Places powers the address autocomplete; and Resend delivers your submission to us by email. Each receives only what it needs to perform that function.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token needed to complete its bot check.
How long we keep it
Submissions arrive as email to our team and are retained in our records for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your property, and to meet our recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time — email doug@monroehomebuyers.com or call (318) 450-3497 and we will honor the request.
Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
